The departures to Alicudi are performed all year round from the port of Milazzo, while in the months of middle and high season it is also possible to reach the island from Messina, Palermo, Reggio Calabria, Vibo Valentia and Naples Mergellina.
Usually the hydrofoils to Alicudi are faster than ferries and travel during the day, while the ferries that take longer travel in the evening to reach the island comfortably the next morning.
When booking, you can choose to travel on deck passage, armchair or cabin as far as ferries are concerned, while if you travel on a hydrofoil, only the armchair is available.
Hydrofoils to Alicudi are equipped with an air-conditioned interior, seats, toilets and a small bar, while ferries are larger and have a bar, restaurant, play area for children and accessible outdoor decks.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a reservation to transport your own vehicle. Pets are welcome on board and passengers with disabilities can travel comfortably and safely.
