→ Ferries to Menorca from the Spanish peninsula are operated by Trasmed,  Balearia and Grandi Navi Veloci. Frequency and duration may vary depending on the port of departure.

Corsica Ferries is the only one that operates departures outside Spain, with a connection from the port of Toulon, France, operating from April to October.

→ Connections from Mallorca to Menorca are operated by the shipping companies Balearia, Trasmed and Trasmapi, which make several daily departures, intensified during the summer period.

To travel between the two islands, it is also possible to take advantage of Corsica Ferries on the Toulon-Ciutadella route, which makes a stopover in Mallorca.

Ferries to Menorca from the mainland

As departure ports in Spain, you can choose between Barcelona, which is connected to the ports of Ciutadella and Mahón, or Valencia, which arrives only in Mahón. All ferries from the mainland are long-distance and travel at night, except for the Barcelona-Ciutadella line, which offers fast ferries lasting 3 hours and 30 minutes.

Departures from Spain to Menorca are guaranteed daily by multiple ferry companies, so you may find some great deals here.

In high season, you can also depart from Toulon and arrive at the port of Ciutadella. The route runs at night and takes about 12 hours.

On-board services:
Whichever route you choose, on board the ships that travel from the mainland you will benefit from the best services: you will find cabins of all kinds (even with pet access), large garages for vehicles, restaurants and bars. Some companies provide entertainment activities and specific installations for passenger entertainment, such as swimming pools, a cinema and gyms.

Ferries between Mallorca and Menorca

As internal connections between the two islands, you will have departures from Alcúdia arriving in Mahón or Ciutadella. Once a week, there is also an additional departure from Palma to Mahón.

These crossings are of medium duration, from about 1 to 5 hours, depending on the sea line selected.
