CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations, or changes of date of the excursion, must be done via email (to the sender address of the confirmation).

• Cancellations more than 48 hours prior to the day of the excursion: free of charge.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to the day of the excursion (2 days before): 75% of the total amount will be charged.
• Cancellations the same day of the excursion: 100% of the total is charged.
• In the event that weather conditions prevent us from making the excursion, you will be entitled to a refund of the amount of the reservation, but not to impose any claim for this fact.

We always pay attention to the possible alerts communicated by the maritime authorities.

It is not adverse weather conditions that the weather is cloudy, or it rains.
