REFUND POLICIES

The ticket is fully refundable only in case of missed departure of the ferry.

It is possible to change the chosen journey with at least 2 days notice: you will receive a voucher for the purchase of other journeys of company equal to the value of the ticket purchase.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION

Check-in under board, show up at the pier at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure.

IMPORTANT : show this ticket when boarding in paper form o digital (from your smartphone).
