Since 2003, the Maltese company Venezia Lines has been operating in the northern Adriatic, connecting the coasts of Italy and Croatia with fast hydrofoils.
Venezia Lines connections will take passengers to the Istrian peninsula, aboard modern hydrofoils that make the crossings fast, comfortable and safe. Venezia Lines departures are regular during the middle and high season, approximately from April to October.
Hydrofoils allow the transport of passengers and bicycles only and depart from the port of Venice to the ports of Piran, Umag, Porec, Rovinj, Pula and Rabac.
Venezia Lines Fleet and on board services
On board Venezia Lines catamarans, the "Standard" seat is included in the ticket. If you choose "VIP Class", you will have access to the lounge on the upper deck, you can travel in comfortable recliners and enjoy priority disembarkation upon arrival at your destination.
Venezia Lines allows all passengers to carry only one piece of luggage, additional luggage is allowed on board for an additional charge. Along with small children, it is allowed to take a stroller free of charge.
It is possible to take bicycles and pets on board all Venezia Lines hydrofoils. Small animals are allowed to travel in a cage, dogs must be on a leash, muzzled and have an international passport.
