Ferries to Ustica All the ferry companies on Mr Ferry!

Located in the Tyrrhenian Sea off the northwestern coast of Sicily, the island of Ustica is the emerged part of a large submarine volcano whose lava flows give it a particularly dark color and offer very suggestive landscapes.

With an area of about 8 square kilometers, the economy of the island of Ustica is based mainly on fishing and tourism. Ustica is a true paradise for diving enthusiasts, where in 1987 the first Italian marine reserve was created: a unique place in the world, where the seabed around the island is not only rich in rare fish, but also represents a true underwater museum.

The small and welcoming island is easily accessible from the port of Palermo due to its geographical position. The shipping companies that guarantee regular departures to Ustica are Siremar and Liberty Lines.
